Is your company ready to sell fertilizer or soil amendment products in the United States? The regulation of fertilizers and amending materials is in the control of each individual state. The Association of American Plant Food Control Officials (AAPFCO) is an independent organization of state control officials which works to create uniformity with regards to regulations among the states; however, each state still develops their own regulations. These regulations vary widely.

Our experience with each state gives us an advantage when processing the necessary paperwork for registrations. It is important to know and understand the different state regulations in order to submit information accurately and avoid costly delays or non-approval.
