The regulation of fertilizers and amending materials is in the control of each individual state. These regulations vary widely. Our experience with each state gives us an advantage when processing paperwork for registrations. We have developed relationships with many of the state regulators which greatly improves communications when monitoring the status of submissions.

Environmental Solutions Group, LLC was founded by Jim Wells in 2003 to assist and advise pesticide registrants through the California Department of Pesticide Regulation’s registration process. Currently ESG provides assistance to fertilizer registrants by preparing and submitting fertilizer registration applications to U.S. states, advising on label development, formatting, etc., and providing any product registration maintenance once the products have been approved.
